Situation and requirements
The marketing site and the classroom felt like two products. Learners could not tell where a course started, and teachers answered the same setup questions.
Problem
The offer on the public page did not match the steps inside the product.
Approach
We redesigned the public explanation around one next step, and rebuilt the signed-in path so a learner sees the course and a teacher sees the queue.
Outcome
A visitor, a learner, and a teacher meet the same structure. Setup questions that were repeated became a page in the product.
Deliverables
Public site, learner and teacher views, the content model for a course, and a handover for the editors.
