What the site is
The pages describe website development, web applications, AI agents, and workflow automation. They are information. Using the site is not an acceptance of a project, and it is not a guarantee of a date, a price, or a result.
Projects
A project starts only when both sides agree in writing. That agreement names the scope, the fee, ownership, and support. Work shown on this site describes engagements and studio patterns. It is not a menu you can order by using the contact form.
The enquiry form
The form does not submit to a server. A valid brief opens a draft in your email application, addressed to hello@orviahouse.co.in. You send that email yourself. The site does not say a message was sent when it only opened a draft.
Intellectual property
The design and writing of this website belong to Orvia House. Ownership of a client project is named in that project’s written agreement. Third-party tools, fonts, and platforms stay under their own licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, probe it for data, or use it to send unlawful material. There is no user account on this site.
